It allows you to upload pictures or videos to accompany your request and gives you the ability to track the issue from the time reported through resolution. The app can be used for a variety of requests such as street maintenance, streetlight requests, damaged trees, abandoned cars, code enforcement issues and more. The City of Elk Grove appreciates your feedback, and use of this software will allow us to improve and beautify our community.
